RecallTap Privacy Notice

RecallTap works on the web and through Telegram. We store an internal principal identifier, channel/session identifiers, plan, generated quiz questions, history, answers, scores, usage and streak data needed to provide the service. Guest web sessions use an opaque secure cookie. We do not ask for a school, address, date of birth or demographic profile.

Submitted study material may be processed by the configured AI generation provider, currently including Cloudflare Workers AI and Anthropic when enabled/funded. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, unlawful or restricted material.

Raw PDF and image uploads are deleted after successful generation, generation failure, failed queueing or deletion. Pasted notes are erased after successful generation; after failure they may remain temporarily for retry. A one-way content hash may remain for cache matching. First-party analytics record product events and channel, never note, PDF, image, password, card, token or secret contents. We do not use advertising pixels.

Web subscription checkout is configured through Stripe. Stripe processes checkout and billing data; RecallTap relies on verified server-side payment events and does not receive card numbers. Paid launch remains subject to successful end-to-end acceptance. Telegram Stars are currently disabled.

Telegram users can use /delete. On the web, a guest session is tied to this browser/device until you create a saved account. A saved account can sign in from any device with an email and password, and can be recovered with a one-time recovery code, which resets your password and issues a fresh set of codes. A saved account can be deleted at any time from the Account page: deletion cancels any active subscription and removes your RecallTap account data, though required payment/accounting records may still be retained and de-identified where applicable. For a guest session, or if you need help with a saved account, contact support for a privacy request.
